If you're using NT on a non-Intel machine, 3.51 gets you '386 emulation
rather than the '286 emulation that you get on 3.5
What this means, is that you can run 32-bit apps under emulation.
Photoshop 3.x works under 3.51 on an Alpha proc where it won't using 3.5.
